Patient Billing

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also offer 0% interest financing through third-party providers such as CareCredit and Cherry.

Our practice is dedicated to delivering the highest quality of care at a fair and reasonable cost. Accordingly, payment is due at the time services are rendered.

Please note the following important financial policies:

• All estimated patient portions and deductibles must be paid prior to the start of treatment.
• If your insurance coverage changes to a plan in which we are a non-participating provider, these policies remain in effect.
• You are responsible for notifying our office prior to your appointment of any changes to your insurance coverage.
• You are responsible for any remaining balance not covered by your insurance provider, including charges that exceed the insurer’s “usual and customary” fee schedule.

For account security and streamlined billing, we require a valid credit card to be kept on file for any outstanding balances.
